Usage Example

  1. 1. Connect the power cord to an outlet.
  2. 2.Press the switch and heat up the tip
  3. 3.Grasp the flexible shaft with a tool or the like and adjust the angle
  4. 4. Pierce the stuck sprue with the tip
  5. 5.Wait until it cools down and hardens
  6. 6.Grasp the main body, flexible shaft or element with a tool and pull it out

Precautions for Use

  • Do not hold down the switch continuously for 12 seconds or more for heating. This may result in overheating, leading to device malfunction.
  • The tip can be easily replaced, but make sure to attach it so that the tip completely covers the heater after replacement. 'If not correctly fixed, dry-heating will occur in the gap between the tip and heater, leading to device malfunction.
  • As the tip will be hot, wearmolding glovesor the like when extracting adhered residual resin to prevent burns.
  • Be sure to unplug the power plug when work is completed, and do not touch it until the tip cools down.
