■ Soft Chute Guide Skirt Mounting Description
1) Mount the eye bolts (4) on the drop tray (1) and molding machine. For the mounting method,
refer to the figure on the left. It is necessary to drill a hole for M6 bolts or provide M6 tapping
to the molding machine.
2) Attach the chain (5) to hang the drop tray (1) from the molding machine.
The chain (5) length is about 1.8 m, and it can be opened with a tool
such as longnose pliers. Since the inclination of the drop tray (1) can be changed according to the length of the chain (5),
it can be mounted at the desired length.
3) After installing the chain (5), hold down the drop tray (1) by hand
and make sure that it does not tilt or rattle.
(When using magnet)
Attach the magnet to the molding machine instead of the plate washer (6), nut (2) or eye bolt (4)
.
Then follow the same mounting procedure as above, and if it does not tilt or rattle,
mounting is complete.
