●An original MISUMI shape that is ideal for machining SUS304 work materials. For work materials with low thermal conductivity that are easily heated up, the proprietary blade shape suppresses the effects of heat on the blade tip, dramatically improving wear resistance and reducing the chances of melting and becoming stuck.
●The TS coating consisting of a nitride composite film with a fully crystalline structure means that it yields a high oxidation resistance temperature and high hardness. It achieves a longer lifespan for high speed machining and dry machining of SUS work materials.
●The radial blade tip is also useful to prevent chipping.
