A tube for clean rooms (equivalent to ISO Class 6).

Specifications
Usable fluids: air, water (see conditions *1 to *3)
Maximum operating pressure (at 20°C 65% RH): 0.8 MPa (*4)
Operating vacuum pressure: -100 kPa
Operating temperature range: -15 to +60°C (no freezing)
Tube color: clear
Warning
- *1 When using water or other liquids, make sure the surge pressure stays below the maximum operating pressure.
- *2 Tap water of the standard equivalent to the water supply in Japan can be used. Please inquire if you want to use other kinds of water.
- *3 Be sure to use an insert ring when connecting to a one-touch fitting using water or other liquids.
- *4 The maximum operating pressure is the value at 20°C 65% RH. When using the product at other temperatures, maintain a sufficient margin of safety from the burst pressure curve. Note that if the tube is in an area that is subject to shaking, bending, or other movement, intermolecular heat generation may raise the temperature of the tube and cause it to break.
