· Light gray types, and clean room packaged types optionally available.
· Clean room packaging specifications define the use of fluorinated grease.
· After purification with clean air, the item is packaged in an ISO Class 6-equivalent clean room.
· Clean room packaging specifications are applicable only to some JNC models (applicable to all JNC models since August 2010).
