Tube Installation And Removal

Tube installation
Just insert light couplings (one-touch couplings) up to the tube end to fix the lock claw in place, and then seal the elastic sleeve to the outer radius of the tube.
When installing, refer to the safety precautions on listed products (6. Cautions when installing tubes).

Removing tubes
When removing tubes, press the opening ring to open the lock claw and release the tube.
Be sure to stop the air when removing them.

2. Tightening partition nuts may cause deformation of the object being tightened or cause oil to adhere to its surface, which in turn will loosen the partition fixing area.

3. Our air pressure pipe coupling anticipates that tubes installed before use, and thus if air is applied when tubes are not attached to flashings, etc., the elastic sleeves may be ejected outside of the product body.
