Thrust self-aligning roller bearings provide a spherical surface around the point where the raceway of the housing raceway plate coincides with the center of the bearings, and its rolling elements correspond to bearings using a barrel form roller with which self-alignment can be maintained. · Thrust self-aligning roller bearings provide a spherical surface around the point where the raceway of the housing raceway plate coincides with the center of the bearings, and its rolling elements correspond to bearings using a barrel form roller with which self-alignment can be maintained.
· Allowable aligning angles, which vary depending on the model of the bearing used, range from 1˚ to 2˚ for typical loads.
· The cage is carved from copper alloy and a guide sleeve for guiding the cage is present on the inner ring.
· Has a large axial load capacity and can even tolerate a certain degree of radial load while an axial load is applied. This is provided that Fr/Fa ≦ 0.55.
· In addition, oil lubrication must be used even during rotation at low-speeds because there exist points of insufficient lubrication, such as between the roller end face and the shaft raceway plate shoulder and between the retainer and the guide sleeve.
