Solid Needle Roller Bearings (NK100/36R)
For this bearing, needle rollers and a retainer have been incorporated into a solid outer ring such that the outer ring and needle are not separated. Features high rigidity and bearing accuracy can be increased; ideal for applications where high speed, high load and high rotational accuracy are required.
[Features]
· Solid needle roller bearing dimensional accuracy, conformational accuracy and rotation accuracy are specified in JIS B 1514 (rolling bearing precision).
· Products of precision grade JIS0, are manufactured by default but JIS6, JIS5, and JIS4 class products can also be provided for applications that require higher rotational precision; please inquire with NTN.
· The dimensional tolerance of the roller's inscribed circle diameter for the inner ring-less RNA, NKS and MR models corresponds to ISO class F6.
· Refer to the corresponding documentation when choosing axle diameter dimensions and radial clearance.
