[Features]
· Extremely small liquid penetration, dramatically reduces gasket aromatization.
· Optimal for incorporating HACCP.
· Only a small amount of material is extracted, making it appropriate for ultra clean processes.
· Retains rubberized properties even at high temperature.
· Can be sealed sufficiently even in a vapor line (operating temperature: 145°C or less).
· Features excellent sealing properties at high temperatures and also suitable for aseptic lines and aseptic systems.
· Can be used with most chemical liquids where conventional rubber is difficult to use.
· Can be used for the following types of chemical liquids without any issues.
· Ex. sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide solution, peracetic acid, nitric acid, etc.
