Vibration-Proof Mount (Lightweight) (Part Numbers)
Applicable to light load from 200g to 6 kg. Ideal for light equipment vulnerable to vibrations.
[Features]
Vibration proof and absorbing mount for light load
Applicable to lightweight load of 300mg which is not supported by conventional vibration proof mount
Vibration resistance and absorption of low frequencies at horizontal 9Hz and vertical 10Hz
Low natural frequency by using metal spring of which spring constant is approximately 1/10 of rubber and gel vibration proof materials
Viscoelastic vibration proof materials suppress surging, which is a problem of metal springs.
3-axis directions vibration resistance and isolation
Vibrations generated by motors are not limited to vertical. Vibration of horizontal and vertical components
High vibration resistance and absorption performances both in vertical and horizontal directions
A scale of the range in which loads are used is provided on the outside of the case to confirm whether load is appropriate.
Vibration resistance and absorption performance is achieved when the vibration proof mount is used in proper load range.
Visual check whether the designed load is applied.
