Pipe Fitting Elbow

A JIS B 2301 screw-in type malleable cast iron fitting. Hot-dip zinc plating is excellent for reducing the environmental burden.

[Features]
· A standard ‘Screwed Type Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fitting’ as specified by JIS B 2301. We also manufacture some non-JIS standard products.
· The main material is Mareburu® (blackheart malleable cast iron). The threaded section has a tapered pipe thread. Hot-dip galvanized surface treatment is applied where the surface is processed.
· Hot-dip galvanization has been changed to a superior plating that reduces the environmental burden (RoSH compliant).
· Environmentally friendly: Lead and cadmium are significantly reduced.
· We use high-purity zinc metal that largely reduces the inclusion content of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd).
· Superior manufacturing method: No addition of new heavy metals is required.
· Mass production technology has been established by developing a unique production facility and preprocessing method. Heavy metals including bismuth (Bi) are used to replace of lead.
· Excellent performance: The appearance and performance is equivalent to conventional plated parts.
· Conforms to the specifications that are specified in JIS B 2301 (Screwed Type Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings). The fitting has an exterior glossy plated finish—similar to the conventional products.
