Kalei Nut (S16-34-3W)
Mount the nut using press fitting to thin or unsuitable for welding base materials.
[Features]
· Press nut that can obtain a high mounting strength thanks to the knurled portion under the neck.
· Portion of the nut under the neck has a unique shape (knurled, grooved) and so a high mounting strength can be obtained.
· Post-processing such as rust-proof processing, sputtering treatment for weld-on nuts, etc., not required.
· Product can be press fit to a stainless steel base material with low hardness (Hv 160 or less).
[Applications]
· Often used in medical equipment as well as automobiles.
