Control circuit for instant stopping that can rapidly stop induction motors, reversible motors, and motors with electromagnetic brakes.
[Features]
· Instantly stops the motor with an electronic brake.
· Has major braking power for stopping in about 0.1 seconds for an individual motor, with the overrun volume staying at 1 to 1.5 rotations or less.
· A braking current flows into the motor for about 0.4 seconds, but afterwards the motor is automatically cut off from the power supply.
· It is an electronic brake triggered by a current, so unlike a mechanical electromagnetic brake it has no parts subject to wear, which gives it long life.
· Optimal for applications such as motor inching (dimensions) operation, etc.
· SB50W power relay is not required for non-contact types.
· Has simple wire connections, which helps cut down on the number of times maintenance is needed.
