S-Type Eco Guide (EGS Series) (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· Comes standard equipped with a side seal to improve the dust-proofing performance. You can expect longer life expectancy out of this product due its ability to even further prevent foreign object infiltration.
· Can achieve weight reduction for the rail by revising the height and cross-section shape.
· The lubricant performance has been improved beyond that of conventional products by revising the grease supply path and using a design that allows grease to accumulate in the ball circulation path.
· Equipped with complete compatibility for fitting the bearing with the rail. Can achieve reduced assembly times.
· No need to fret because the balls included in the bearings have a structure that will not allow them to fall out.
· We have standardized the rail length in order to be able to support all rail lengths and to have a symmetrical mount hole pitch location.
· Can achieve simplified maintenance by adding an oil hole to both sides of the bearing carriage. We recommend regularly replenishing the grease.
