"XEBEC Meister Finish" uses an original ceramic fiber for the abrasive rather than abrasive particles.
A revolutionary grindstone that "doesn't bend," "doesn't break," and "doesn't chip."
The shape of the grindstone can be freely molded depending on the application. Can be used to remove hardened layers after EDM.
Optimal for polishing and deburring molds, and for polishing narrow areas such as ribs and boss holes. Workpieces with hardness below HRC 57 can be polished beautifully and efficiently.
[Features] Possesses a structure in which ceramic fibers are aligned in two directions, so that metals such as aluminum, copper, gunmetal, etc. that previously would have clogged do not clog, achieving an excellent polishing effect.
[Applications] For precision polishing work of the "ribs," "flat surfaces," "freely curved surfaces," "boss" parts, etc. of various molds (especially plastic molds)
