UTDSX UT Micro Coat, Unimax Drill, Short Blade
[Features]
· Coated carbide drill for mass-produced parts and prototype parts, balancing performance and cost.
· Adopts a newly developed UT micro-coating that demonstrates high performance for soft materials
· The newly designed drill shape and X-thinning provide improved impact fracture resistance and reduced variation when drilling multiple holes
· The tip angle is set to 130° to suppress the burr height in through holes
· A high rigidity short blade is optimal for high precision machining and also for pilot hole processing
