· With the spiral groove, the rake angle is more acute than a straight groove, resulting in considerably improved cutting performance.
· Cobalt HSS has been used to provide excellent wear and heat resistance and an enduring sharpness.
· One tool can be used for various types of machining including drilling, expanding pilot holes, repairing holes, and chamfering.
· Supports various applications and materials such as thin steel plate, wood screw pilot holes, pipe bent surfaces, etc.
· The tip grips the surface well and center punching is not necessary.
