[Features]
· VCD coatings have a small friction coefficient making it an excellent coating for surface smoothness, chip discharging and weld resistance.
· The surface hardness is hight at HV3,000 to 4,500, making it particularly effective for machining aluminum, non-ferrous metals, resin, etc.
· The outer diameter and shank diameter are the same.
(i)Caution
- Has a heat-resistant temperature of 350°C, so be careful when cutting high-hardness materials.
