MUGEN Flat Drill MFD
[Features]
· MUGEN Flat Drill makes drilling holes in inclined or curved surfaces easy.
· Adopts a thinning shape (spiral thinning (⌀1 to ⌀2.9) / triple thinning (⌀3 to ⌀6)) developed to suit each size, a double margin (⌀2.6 or more), and a long neck shape to achieve holes with good and stable accuracy.
· MFD has a flat bottom blade that flattens out the bottoms of blind holes and is optimal for counterbore machining and thread cutting (thread milling) pilot holes.
· Through-holes can be drilled without the generation of burrs.
· Adopts a reliable MUGEN coating to support a range of work material from mild steel to stainless steel.
· Reduce drilling process time and improve machining efficiency with this 1 tool.
