Interface Terminal Blocks (Round/Y Terminal Types)（Terminal Block Screw：M3.5）
The MISUMI eCatalog has a range of terminal blocks suitable for connectors including MIL/FCN/MR/D-sub/CENTRONICS/MDR.
[Terminal Blocks]
Typically with machines it is rare to be able to complete all tasks with the one machine alone, and in most cases, they are used while connected to other machines. Connection terminals on the machine sides and cables are required to connect two machines to each other.
One must assume that terminals will be frequently inserted and removed during use. Terminals must thus be firmly fixed to the machine body and conduct well. The terminals will not be usable if they are loose or become disconnected due to repeated insertion and removal of cables.
Consequently, there are electronics components for fixing the terminals while maintaining conduction with the machine body. These are called terminal blocks.
There are various types of terminal blocks. For example, even the installation location, shape, and usage method of the terminal block can be completely different depending on whether it is directly mounted onto a PCB or mounted to the machine body interface. Machines with terminals always have terminal blocks and their shape and usage method can vary greatly.
