Carbide Reamers(Shank Type:straight shank)
An online store for carbide reamers. With Misumi, a complete lineup of reamers with bottom blades that allow machining directly after pilot hole processing, straight reamers, helical reamers and spiral reamers with twisted blades, taper reamers, etc are available. By entering the specifications/dimensions such as biting length, blade length, blade diameter etc., the desired tool can be easily selected. By adding more conditions, tools suitable for machining can be selected. Original reamers capable of specifying the blade diameter in units of 0.005 mm.
[What is a carbide reamer?]
It is a reamer of cemented carbide material which adjusts the inner surface shape of drilled holes, etc., and finishes according to dimensions. Hand reamers are for manual handling while machine reamers are used for machining, cutting the inner surface of the machining hole.
