Tooling（Spindle types：BT30）
Tool holders are parts that acts as adapters when attaching cutting tools to machine tools. They allow for easy attachment/detachment of cutting tools, such as drill bits and end mills for machining, to machining centers, etc. Commonly used tool holders are collet holders (chucks), oil-hydraulic type hydraulic holders (chucks), shrink-fit holders made using the thermal expansion of metals, etc. Tool holders are required to be of high quality in order to bring out the best performance in machine tools and cutting tools used for high-precision machining, and they play a significant role in machining precision. The combination of shanks suitable for machine tool specifications and chuck capacities for the tool bits provides an extensive variety of tool holders; selecting the ideal tool holder is a necessity.
