Grinding Stones with Shafts（Type：Rubber Grindstone）

Mounted points are tip tools that use rotating tools to polish. They are used mainly for adjusting metal surfaces by grinding and polishing. Grinding wheel materials include alumina abrasive grain and rubber grindstone, and the different types handle finishing of precision components, finishing of fine parts, chamfering, and the like. For example, WA is for hardened steel and high-speed steel, GC is for stone, ceramic, glass, and carbide, and A is for general steel and carbon steel materials. Tips are of various shapes including cylindrical, spherical, umbrella-shaped, and tapered, and a wide selection is available depending on the machining application. And mounted points are color-coded by the hardness of the grinding wheel and by grit size. The grinding wheel material must be selected according to the material to be ground.
