Connector for board-to-cable and cable-to-cable connections with 2.5-mm pitch. A wide variety of offerings, including choices in PCB mounting orientation, terminal arrangements, and terminal plating.
[Features]
· A new approach to contact pressure welding and crimping: A new type of connector where the contact-pressure-welded terminal is inserted into the casing.
· By combined use of insulation displacement terminals and crimp terminals, wires with different current ratings can coexist within the same case.
· Terminals can be replaced after wires are connected, allowing ease of maintenance.
· Since the insulation displacement area is protected by the housing, a high level of reliability is ensured.
· Insulation displacement can be performed simply by replacing the applicator of a conventional crimp machine, so no expensive insulation displacement machine is required.
· Headers support potting: A header with increased height to support potting of the board for waterproofing (via resin filling) is available.
· A wide variety of offerings: Each of the "board-to-board" and "relay" series offers both single-row and double-row terminal arrangements, as well as tin and gold standard plating.

Rack And Panel Connector, QR/P Series

Plug-in connection rack/panel connector. Connects and disconnects the power supply and signal circuit between the unit and the rack. Crimp terminals have a shared ribbon shape form for both male and female models.

· The terminals have a smooth insertion and removal feel, and stable contact pressure is achieved by point and blade contact, and there is some flexibility for the width corresponding to the variation in the connector connection length unique to the plug-in connection.
• Through the utilization of a shared form for male and female terminals, wire connections have improved workability and the terminals themselves have some flexibility.
• For each number of pins, the terminal position inside the housing puts some distance between the other terminals at the 2 opposite pins on both sides (4 pins total), and this distance ensure sufficient durability to withstand high voltage, so these products can be used for power supplies.
• In addition, the insulation is a flame retardant material (UL9V-0).
• Guide pins are made of metal for the durability to withstand coupling shocks.

Compact, high-density mounted, rectangular multipole rack/panel plug-in connector QR/P. Compact crimp terminals divided into power supply and signal use.
[Features]
· The terminals have smooth insertion and removal feel, and stable contact pressure is achieved by point and blade contact, and there is some flexibility for the width corresponding to the variation in the connector connection length unique to the plug-in connection.
· The terminals are made compact by segregating according to those for power and those for signals.
· The housing internal pinout has pin 12 opposing pin 2 on one side, pins 8, 24 opposing pin 2 on both sides (total: 4 pins), and pin 32 opposing pin 3 on one side (total: 6 pins) with a greater distance of separation from other pins. These terminal pins feature a creepage distance that can adequately withstand high voltages. Therefore, the terminals can be used as power supply terminals.
· Additionally, a flame retardant material (UL9V-0) is used for the insulating material.
· Guide pins are metallic to withstand coupling impact.
· Installation to a panel or rack is achieved via a floating bush. Therefore, insertion and removal do not require the application of excessive force.
