Lead Screw Support Units（Type：Support Side）

30-degree trapezoidal lead screw support units are members used while mounted onto trapezoidal lead screws. This enables operations such as moving, lifting or holding objects by turning the trapezoidal lead screw. A 30-degree trapezoidal lead screw support unit has support side and fixed side members, therefore it cannot be used unless both these members are aligned. Main applications include lathes, machine tools, vises and jacks. This product is made of S45C (carbon steel for mechanical structures), a material widely used in heavy machinery and engine parts. The product consists not only of the support side and fixed side members, but also a unit for mounting these members. If the support side and fixed side members are damaged and can no longer be used, repair is possible simply be replacing the member that cannot be used.
