Globe Valves（Supply Side, Connection Type：Rc (R)）
Globe valves are named for their appearance of spherical body (globe) shape. These valves are designed to open and close quickly, and their flow characteristics can be changed by configuring their discs. Also, globe valves feature a wide range of operating temperatures and pressures, and are suitable for use in the intermediate open position. Globe valves can be used either for the control operation (controlling the flow rate by changing the disc shape) or the on-off operation. They are used in a wide range of applications, mainly for water supply and sewerage system, as well as industrial and chemical facilities. Bronze, cast iron and stainless steel are often used for the body, and particularly, the valve made of stainless steel drastically improves its durability, and some can be used with high-temperature fluids. The widest face-to-face dimensions among valves is also one of their major features.
