Precision ground tooth CP pinion SGP-S (Part Numbers)
JIS N5 high-precision grade ground gear CP rack and pinion. Excellent wear resistance and high-strength of teeth, due to induction hardening.
Directly mountable tapped in 2 points, machined product available. Made from SCM435, 440.
[Additional processing possible]· As only tooth part is hardened, additional work avoiding teeth section such as keyway slotting, tap, hole diameter changes etc. can be carried out.
· A reference surface when carrying out additional work milling hole, tooth part outer circumference, or both side surfaces.
