Spline Nut (Part Numbers)
The nut and shaft are sold separately. Use together with THK nuts and shafts (DPM, DP, SS). The shaft is cut with no surface treatment.
[Features]
· The spline nut DPM type / DP type is a low-priced bearing where a special alloy has been die cut with a high precision splint shaft as the core.
· Differs from conventional machine processed units, and has excellent abrasion resistance due to there still being the same chill layers that were formed on the sliding surface during the casting process.
· The spline shaft used in combination with this can be roll-pressed to machine harden the surface, and provide the surface with a mirror surface finish, to achieve smooth sliding.
· The spline cog has a special design with a large contact area and has concentricity that can automatically determine core when torque is incurred, so the torque...
