Made in Japan inside/outside 320–400 buff polishing
[Features]
· Extremely low liquid penetration, dramatically reduces gasket aromatization.
· Optimal at the time of introducing HACCP.
· Only a small amount of material is extracted, making it appropriate for ultra-clean processes.
· Retains the rubber properties even at high temperature.
· Can be sealed sufficiently even in a vapor line (operating temperature: 145°C or less).
· With excellent sealing properties at high temperatures, also suitable for aseptic line and aseptic system.
· Can be used with most drug solutions where conventional rubber was difficult to use.
· Can be used for the following types of drug solutions without any problems.
· Sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide solution, peracetic acid, nitric acid, etc.
