Rack and pinion system LBE series (Part Numbers)
Rack speed is adjustable within a wide range.
[Features]
· This rack and pinion system controls speed using a brushless motor. Through the adoption of a brushless motor with excellent speed limiting properties, rack speed can be adjusted within a wide range. Can handle shipment of heavy loads in spite of its compact size.
· Rack with a long stroke maximum of 1000 mm and a range from: 100 to 1000 mm. Standard and part of the regular lineup.
· Rack speed can be adjusted within a wide range: Through the equipment of a brushless motor, the rack speed can now be adjusted within a large range. Because this type includes a magnetic brake, it can be used as a controllable up and down drive mechanism.
· Space saving installation: by fixing the screw holes on both tips of the rack in place, the motor drives itself, contributing to space saving.
· Pressing operation: Pressing operations are carried out by limiting motor torque. The pressing force can be set and adjusted with the optional data setting equipment OPX-2A unit.
· Can be mounted from two directions: The product is fitted with two mounting surfaces. Select the option that suits for your equipment.
· Free mounting: In order to accommodate various mounting directions and installation limitations, there are two types available: horizontal and vertical. Select the option that suits for your equipment.
· Linear motor available in two types.
