Dedicated Cutters

Specialized cutters are a generic term for cutters in special shapes made for the use in limited machining applications. Basically, these cutters are shaped in the same form as the machined surfaces of workpieces. In particular, MISUMI’s specialized cutters are a term for the cutters used for machining runner groves, gate holes, etc., in molding dies. The product lineup includes alloy carbide, high speed steel powder, high-speed steel, etc. In order to best meet the customers’ needs, their dimensions can be specified by custom orders. In addition to the above, the lineup also supports specialized shapes and parts machining such as tear trim gate cutters in rubber molding, O-ring cutters, T-slot, countersunk bore end mills, etc.
