[Features, cautionary points]
· T-type thermalloy is sold as material. This product cannot be used as is, so please make sure to perform cutting and machining of the inner diameter, outer diameter, and tip surface before using.
· This product is a sintering material. It is not well-suited to shock loads, so please refrain from using it for this application. Please be aware that it also lacks durability for bending loads and pulling loads.
· Regarding chucking when performing machining, there is a possibility the claw part could collapse, so please the minimum required force to fix the product in place when performing chucking.
· Please use sufficient care to manage the blade tip and feed speed when performing machining operations. Please be aware that reckless machining can cause cracks to form in the material.
· If you provide blueprints with instructions for us, we can perform machining for you on-site as well. Please inquire for more information.
