Junron One-Touch Fitting M Series (for General Piping) Reducing Union Tee

[Features]
· Electroless nickel plating is applied as standard to metal parts.
· All brass parts in the M series nipples and plastic bodies have nickel plating applied as standard.
· Comes with a color seal for screw identification.
· Each of the different types of R (PT) screw are coated with a different colored seal so they can be identified at a glance (PAT.NO.1820889).
· You can position the body in accordance with the removal direction of the tube.
・R (PT) screw parts in elbows and Tees, and the resin mating parts rotate, allowing for free positioning according to the removal direction of the tube after the fitting has been mounted. Moreover, the screw can be tightened while the resin part is still fixed.
▪ The tube grip comes with a rotating mechanism.
▪ The tube grip rotates smoothly in the fitting, stopping the tube from turning.

Junron One-Touch Fitting W Series (Spot Welding Equipment for Piping) Nipple

Nonflammable. Superior body strength and impact resistance. The tube grip is equipped with a rotating mechanism. All the sealing materials are water resistant NBR. No sealing tape is required. The R (PT) threads and resin connecting parts rotate.

[Features]
· All the resin sections conform to the UL94V-0 flame retardant rating.
· The pull-out strength of the R (PT) thread resin press-fit part has been improved in comparison to conventional parts.
· The shock resistance has been significantly improved by a new mechanism tube grip.
· The tube clip rotates smoothly inside the fitting and prevents tube from breaking due to rotation of the tube.
· NBR is used in the water-resistant O-ring and V-seal.
· The R (PD) threads are sealed. Therefore, wrapping the threads with sealing tape is not required.
· The combined part of the R (PT) thread of elbow tee and resin part can be rotated. After connecting, tube-piping direction can be freely implemented and the threads can be tightened even while the resin part is fixed.
