At High-Speed Servo Control Positioning, The Moment of Inertia Reduction is an important factor in system performance. The Use of Aluminum A.P.Lock suitable for aluminum pulley enables high-speed use with low inertia.
·Ideal for aluminum pulleys
When driving a servo motor with a timing pulley, there is a slip problem because the conventional friction coupling unit has a high surface pressure and does not fit the hub diameter. However, the SAPC series reduces the number of bolts based on the torque specification of the servo motor, to reduce surface pressure, so that tightening with aluminum pulley is done without any difficulty.
·Finishing structure
Since it is designed to allow the bearing push plate to work, it is not necessary to use a separate bearing push plate.
·Easy positioning of assembly
Conventional power locks require a gap of 1 mm from the counterparts in consideration of disassembly, but the SAPC series has a structure that is easy to disassemble even when there is no hub movement space when disassembled.
